PAYROLL PROCESSING POLICY
Payroll processing is scheduled in advance and must be completed at least 4 business days prior to the scheduled pay date.
Late submissions or incomplete payroll data may result in processing delays until the next available cycle.
This ensures compliance, accuracy, and proper system workflow management.

True North Ledger does not provide tax filing, CPA sign-off, or regulated accounting services.
Clients are responsible for working with their chosen CPA for tax preparation and compliance.
